文冬酱园 Kicap Soya Bentong
文冬有名的不仅是煮食,就连原料也不可忽视。
踏入酱园,立即就闻到空气中飘散浓浓香的“酱湖味”,
这家文冬人都家喻户晓的酱园是 黄源先生在30年前一手打造而成。
创业的过程并不简单,凭着努力和坚持一步一脚印走来的。一开始他只生产生抽,黄先生和弟弟用小货车从文冬,
到加叻和劳勿一家一家去售卖。
由于品质优良,慢慢建立起不错的口碑,也打下了稳固的人情命脉,和销售网路。
如今产品已经不仅酱油,也有豆瓣,晒油和调味料。
黄先生非常自豪的说他们的货品是没有打广告的,
靠的是家乡百姓坊间的口传,是大家亲身体验后推荐介绍给身边的人。
而当第二代黄志仁接手的时候,他把到台湾所学的带回来,就是培养非常关键的曲菌,
曲菌在这个黄豆发酵的过程中扮演极度重要的角色。掌握的曲菌,就能掌握酱油的品质。
这也让文冬酱园的品质得到飞跃性的突破,在竞争对手中脱颖而出。
从一开始整个过程必须认真,严谨。他们坚持着一贯的经营理念,就是“用料足,重品质”。
所选用的黄豆来自中国,主要是颗粒硕大,味道香醇。
要将黄豆在大铁锅里煮到热软,好让蛋白质容易分解。然后风干后放进混入面粉,
搅拌均匀,加入曲菌任4-5天发酵,再进大桶让它好好酝酿。

Kicap Bentong Sdn Bhd, founded by Mr Wong Yin 30 years ago. It is a made in Malaysia product, with the soy sauce factory located at the beautiful town of Bentong, Pahang. The factory produces and supplies a naturally fermented soy sauce. Kicap Bentong Sdn Bhd is a significant local brand in the heart of Pahang; a must-have local product for all villagers and household.
It uses imported soybeans, which is bigger and better in quality when carrying the critical aspergillosis process; which plays an extremely important role in this soybean fermentation process. In addition, the soy sauce made from the superior quality of beans and undergoes meticulous process from the sourcing of the beans until the bottling. This less sodium product carries the principle of “full quality, no less”, resulted in a transparent, sweet and favorable aroma of soy sauce.
